Risingson, creo que en lo que comentaba manel del arroz tienes la respuesta. Sonar suena a revenido, y si hay evoluciones o bien son inapreciables o bien son cutres y metidas con calzador. Ojo que lo he escuchado una sola vez y de manera bastante superficial, me estaré equivocando? jaja! No creo.

Ahí está la cosa, igual si se hubiera limitado a hacer un Loveless 2 le hubiera quedado mejor el disco, o no, y si cambias cosas cambia totalmente como hizo Portishead o no toques nada, pq hace algunos cambios que son como bien has dicho cutres y estropean lo que podrían haber sido las canciones.

Si todos los discos que se editaran tuvieran que ser una evolución, no se editarían el 99% de los discos. Ahora me pondré a escuchar el de MBV a ver que tal…

a mi MBV me parece un buen disco, muy fiel a su estilo… por que tienen que revolucionar otra vez la musica? los ramones y cientos de grupos toda la vida han hecho lo mismo y nadie les dijo nada, no? yo voto por MBV como el disco del mes.
por cierto, llevo semanas que no consigo bajar un archivo entero desde Uploaded.net, supongo que me habre pasado del cupo de las descargas gratuitas... alguien puede postear en otro servidor las dos ultimas versiones del WEEKLY MAGIC TAPE? la #90 y la #91. http://magickrew.magicrpm.com/526701/We ... c-Tape-91/ llevo descargandolas desde la primera y ahora me da palo perdermelas.

muy PESADOS con el nuevo de kevinshito. dos paginas de comentarios de gente que o bien no se ha escuchado el disco o lo ha hecho una o dos veces a lo sumo… ya direis quien la tiene mas gorda.

Expanding upon the ambitious premise of their “Ganzfeld EP” , Baltimore based electronic duo Matmos will release their first new full length album in five years on Thrill Jockey records: “The Marriage of True Minds”.
Matmos are known for making toe-tapping rhythmic pop out of odd and unusual sound sources. They have always worn genre loosely, but it’s safe to say that this is the first electronic album to start with tap dancing and end with doom metal, and the only album on which members of Nautical Almanac and the Arditti String Quartet rub shoulders. Comprising stomping techno, eerie synth jams, musique concrete, Latin rhythms, and Ethiopian music, at once at home in the academy, the art gallery, the nightclub and the noise warehouse, the dizzyingly diverse assemblage which is “The Marriage of True Minds” is driven by a tightly unified conceptual agenda: telepathy.

As frontman for Home Counties hardcore punk platoon Gallows, Frank Carter rarely left the stage satisfied unless he had accrued new injuries or fresh tattoos at the very least. A decimated venue and a riot: even better. But interviews suggested a troubled soul beneath the singer’s nihilist armour and he left Gallows in July 2011, jaded and dissatisfied with the genre.
Back to pursue a direction that is as bold as it is unexpected, Pure Love – even the name oozes positivity – is the sound of Carter and guitarist friend Jim Carroll (formerly of The Hope Conspiracy) taking a substantial musical and lyrical U-turn.
The duo’s debut LP, Anthems is less the sound of a band disgusted with the recession-era Grey Britain of Gallows’ 2009 second album and more of a beefy rock band rediscovering a joie de vivre for the music of their youth. -
