This page usually works quite fine: google.com. Besides that, AC is 220v all over the country, so you won't find any.

I've been booking flats for the Primavera Sound for about 6 years now and no agency I know allows party on the flat…
You should decide 1st of the place where you would like to stay (hotel, house, flat).
As you say close to the festival, there are a few hotels nearby - Princess, AC, Diagonal Zero... which you could find with the help of a web research engine.
I'm not sure someone will check it for you, knowing we're a lot of people from outside Barcelona going the Primavera Sound and each of us already has to arrange our own accommodation

You can ask someone at the end of the night or you can follow someone as drunk as you to see where is he going. If you're thinking about after partying with the artists, my best wishes for you.
