cuando estudiaba en los Escolapios, me pase muchos veranos en una casa de colonias que tienen todavia en Bielsa (Huesca). Un mes y medio de exilio de casa. Bien, todos eramos catalanes, así que el microclima era el que os podeis imaginar: cumbayá, blowin in the wind, pantaloncitos cortos y interminables excursiones. Muy cerca de allí habia un campamento de la OJE (Organización Juvenil Española, o sea, las juventudes de Falange). La convivencia era bastante distante y muy raras veces llegabamos a coincidir en algún sitio. Siempre teniamos ganas de verlos para iniciar barullo. Pero de vez en cuando recibiamos la visita de un destacamente de Boys Scouts. Buena gente. Creo que mi amor por lo uniformes empezo allí, al verlos con ese sombrero y ese color caracteristico. Ellos si que habian "contactado" con los de la OJE y por ello les teniamos una envidia supina.

Every once in a while something comes along and changes the musical world away from its conventions. Sometimes these things are a flash in the pan while other times the music world embraces this new voice and change rushes over in an enormous wave. In 1991 this kind of thing happened.Nirvana released it's second album, "Nevermind", and they were met with a frenzied seemingly overnight success that no one could have possibly expected. With crossover potential that stretched over to embrace the ears of people who might only listen to bands and songs from certain genres, they busted the gates wide open for a flood of new sounds from grunge, alternative, punk, and even metal bands everywhere. Often compared to the frenzy that was the British invasion, Nirvana lead this brigade with Nevermind's opening track, "Smells Like Teen Spirit". Unmistakable from its opening guitar riff, this song heralded a new sound and became anthemic to a whole generation.
While Kurt Cobain may no longer be part of the corporeal world, his words, voice, music, and attitude can still be felt today thanks to the full albums, videos, and unheard of amount of bootlegs left behind. Sure, there are still some songs here and there that diehard Nirvana fans may have not been able to get in its finest form of clarity, and we are still waiting for an official DVD release that catalogs all their music videos, but the one thing that many fans have been asking for and have never received in ANY form, official or not, is an action figure. Many other musical icons have been brought to plastic and NECA is proud to be able to bring that same respect and admiration to Kurt Cobain's memory with our figure.
Based on his appearance in the video for "Smells Like Teen Spirit" this Kurt Cobain Action figure includes his guitar, rendered in painstaking detail, and part of the gymnasium floor as his base. Be on the lookout for Kurt to stand with his guitar again on store shelves late in June. Here is our first look at our "Smells Like Teen Spirit" Kurt Cobain.

Rehab rocker Courtney Love has entered a Los Angeles studio to begin work on a new solo album, the follow-up to 2004’s poorly received America’s Sweetheart.Songwriter and former 4-Non Blondes singer Linda Perry is producing most of the effort while Love’s ex-boyfriend Billy Corgan is also set to produce a few of the tracks.
Discussing some of the new songs recently Love said: “I don't generally talk about what the songs are about, but I will say that in the gutters of this earth you can always find love.”
“In the darkest alley and [during] the lowest moment there is always that thing that glitters just a little bit, no matter how twisted or deadly or violent,” she continued. “It's there magical and transformative. I've written a lot about that.”
Though no release date has been scheduled, the yet untitled album may hit shelves sometime later this year or in early 2007.

La causa de eso deben ser las Barbies, esas muñecas ideales imposible de "belleza" con que de pequeñas las engañan. Esta demostrado en estudios realizados que a tamaño real darían mucha grima.
He encontrado la Barbie Superkitsch, con referencias laterales a Kent.

...que pena que el Billy (el muñeco gay oficial de Mattel y que SI tiene) lo sacaran más tarde cuando yo ya no jugaba a Barbies…y encima las pobres hasta que no salió el Ken aquí se lo tenían que montar con los madelman de mis primos...
